| This client
in Boerne, Texas decided he would prefer to have a studio apartment,
as his guest's retreat, rather than his 2 car garage. He already
had another garage
across the drive and we wanted to make sure his renovation looked
original to the home,
instead of appearing as though the garage had
been built in. |

| As you can see, what used to be an unused space has been transformed into a delightful kitchen! Details include, the tin ceiling, built-in microwave, and dishwasher, breakfast bar (no need for a table) even a great little pantry! |

| This
fabulous guest retreat even has a cozy little sitting area, much better
than the clutter collector it was before. In the after picture,
to the right, there is a great example of Kurt's creative
background. He suggested to the client there be a hidden doorway
behind that shelving unit. That way this apartment is always
available for the client's own use as a family entertainment room. |

| Perhaps you
would just like to ad a little drama to your surroundings. A faux
painted finish could be just the thing. This bath previously had
a very interesting 70' wall paper. |
